Quality Workbench can be either run as a standalone, single-user product or, as a multi-user, networked system.
While Quality Workbench is a true client/server product, the installation is very straightforward and results in a low maintenance, low overhead system.
Please note that the trial download version is standalone only.
Standalone installation tequirements
- Microsoft Windows 98/NT/2000/XP
- TCP/IP
- Pentium PC P2 300Mhz, 128Mb RAM, 4.0Gb hard disk (at least 150Mb free disk space)
Network installation tequirements
Database server:
- Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003 Server
- TCP/IP
- Pentium PC P2 300Mhz, 128Mb RAM, 4.0Gb hard disk (at least 200Mb free disk space)
- Network Card
Client PCs:
- Same as for standalone installation with the addition of a network card.
Web access:
- Microsoft Internet Information Server on Windows NT or Windows 2000
- Windows 98/NT/Win 2000 Workstations with Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.00 or higher browser software
- Browsers must allow 'cookies'
