Quality Workbench can be either run as a standalone, single-user product or, as a multi-user, networked system.

While Quality Workbench is a true client/server product, the installation is very straightforward and results in a low maintenance, low overhead system.

Please note that the trial download version is standalone only.

Standalone installation tequirements

• Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7
• TCP/IP
• Pentium PC P2 300Mhz, 128Mb RAM, 4.0Gb hard disk (at least 150Mb free disk space)

Network installation requirements

Database server:

• Windows 2000 Server SP4 and IIS 5, Windows Server 2003 SP1 and IIS 6 (at this time Windows NT Server and Windows Server 2008 are not supported).
  64Bit server hardware is supported, but not software.

Client PCs:

• Windows 2000 Professional SP4, Windows XP SP3, and Windows Vista

Web access:

• Microsoft Internet Information Server on Windows NT or Windows 2000
• Windows 98/NT/2000 workstations with Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.00 or higher browser software
• Browsers must allow 'cookies'

Citrix:

• The client software is compatible with Citrix \ Terminals Server
