Complaints are not lost or forgotten

As complaints are recorded, Quality Workbench evaluates the type of complaint along with details such as severity, department involved, and response time required. It then builds task and notification lists for the complaint so that appropriate action is taken. The escalation feature automatically transfers the complaint to a higher level if the deadline is not met.
