This one-day seminar will teach you how to create and generate process performance, process improvement, and process capability charts with CHARTrunner using a variety of data sources. Participants will become familiar with various chart types and learn how to customize them. This hands-on seminar will also familiarize participants with data query and filtering capabilities.

The seminar will answer these questions and more:

• How do I link to my database?
• How can I chart data from specific dates, times, shifts, etc.?
• How do I email charts to colleagues or post them on the web?
• How do I customize my charts (change colors, add limits, spec lines, titles)
• How do I get a Cpk value from my Excel data?
• How do I automate functions that I repeat on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis?

Who should attend

Anyone who wants to do SPC charting and analysis on data that resides in Excel, Access, Oracle, SQL Server, or another package should attend. Each seminar participant will be awarded .7 C.E.U. credits.
