This one-day seminar will teach you how to create and generate process performance, process improvement, and process capability charts with CHARTrunner using a variety of data sources. Participants will become familiar with the various chart types and learn how to customize them. This is a hands-on seminar which provides ample time to learn by doing.
The seminar will teach the following time- saving skills:
- How to easily email charts to colleagues or post them on a website
- How to instantly generate a complete capability analysis and interpretation
- How to quickly scan loads of charts and rank them by highest count of out-of-control conditions
- 5 simple ways to customize your charts (including adding your organization's logo)
- How to use a shortcut to charting data from specific dates, times, shifts, etc.
- How to save hours monthly and even weekly by automating functions that you repeat regularly
