PQ Systems survey

Our software development team is considering options for how PQ Systems’ software products are installed and managed on a PC workstation. We would greatly appreciate your input. Please take just a few minutes to answer the following short survey. Your reply is most important because this survey is being conducted among a small, select group. Thank you for your time and assistance.

1) Which of the following BEST describes your use of PQ software products (SQCpack, CHARTrunner, or GAGEpack) (Select only one):

	I am an end user. I use one or more of the programs regularly.
	I am an IT support person who installs and/or updates applications for users.
	I do some of both, but I am mainly an end user.

7) PQ Systems software is licensed under a perpetual workstation license for $990. This means you can use the version you purchased as long as you want. An annual maintenance fee entitles you to software updates and technical support. An alternative to a perpetual license is a fixed-term license where you lease the ability to use the most current version of the software and receive technical support at one price for a fixed amount of time.

	I would be interested in a leasing option.
	I prefer the perpetual license and would not be interested in a lease option.
