Features and specs
- Customize training for job needs
Employees can select training modules for either Design or Process FMEAs or both.
- Follow AIAG guidelines
FMEA Investigator provides detailed instructions that follow AIAG 3rd edition guidelines.
- Ensures training consistency and provides for a common understanding
By providing each employee with the same message, FMEA Investigator ensures that team members have a common understanding of the FMEA process and terminology so that they can contribute to the team's efforts. You don't have to worry that the training will be inconsistent as sometimes happens with classroom and on-the-job training.
- Allows progress to be monitored
Users log on when they begin the FMEA Investigator. Their progress in the training is tracked and scores on the investigative challenges are recorded. At any time the training administrator can access the student tracker to see who has completed which investigative challenges and the resulting scores.
- Save time and money
Stop wasting key resources developing and conducting classroom training. Computer-based training requires 40-60% less training time than traditional classroom training which means less time away from the job.
- Lower training costs
FMEA Investigator Six Sigma Software costs less than registration fees and travel expenses for just one employee to attend FMEA training! And, you can use FMEA Investigator to train as many employees as you like.
