Software updates

One year of technical support and maintenance updates is included when you purchase the software. If you have a current maintenance agreement, you can download an update below. If you do not have a current maintenance agreement, you can purchase online or call one of the offices listed below.

The SQCpack maintenance updates are used to bring your software up-to-date with the latest patches and fixes. You should install the maintenance update for the same major version of the software that you currently have. For example, if you have SQCpack 6.5 then you should install the maintenance update for version 6.5. Scroll down for information on upgrading to a new major version, e.g. upgrading from SQCpack 5.0 to SQCpack 6.5.

Finding your SQCpack version number

If you are not sure which version you have, open the program's Help menu and select About. If the About window shows version 6.0.38, look for the current maintenance release under version 6.0.
