SQCpack EZ version 6.5.55.0 update (09-September-2011)

If SQCpack EZ 6.5 is already installed on your computer, and you desire to update to version 6.5.55.0, select the option below.

If you have a version of SQCpack EZ other than 6.5, do not install SQCpack EZ 6.5 in the same directory.

New features include:

• Concurrent-user licensing: Available in increments as small as two, this option allows you to install PQ Systems software products on an unlimited number of computers, terminal servers, or Citrix servers. The license server then meters the number of users who can concurrently run the software. Concurrent-user licenses give more users access affordably, help eliminate the IT burden, and simplify license management.
• Chart clone: Chart clone allows you to set up a chart exactly the way you like it and then use that chart as a template. Rather than manually changing all of your other charts, you can automatically transfer the settings from this template to all the other charts of the same type.
• Live online chat with technical support engineer: The 24-hour live online chat feature allows you to get your SQCpack questions answered faster and easier than ever. Utilizing our worldwide network of offices, a click of a button will connect you to a PQ Systems technical support engineer who can answer your questions via instant messaging. Download the installation file

1. First download the SQCpack EZ installation file. (30.9 MB)
2. Run the downloaded installation EXE program. Ensure that you start the install by running the downloaded SQCpack EZ installation EXE instead of starting the install from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
3. When prompted, select the REPAIR option on the Maintenance Wizard form.

If you have more than one license of SQCpack pointing to the same SQCpack database, we recommend that each license be updated so that users can continue to share the same database files. If you are using PORTspy and/or MEASUREspy with SQCpack, you will also want to update these programs.
