Data stored within Quality Workbench Professional is invaluable management information. Nonconformities, audit results, customer complaints, document status, and even personnel records can help managers determine where bottlenecks and trends exist, and where improvements must be made. The ReportQuest module translates this data into meaningful statistics or easy-to-interpret reports.
Customize reports
Report layouts are highly configurable, so they can be designed for your organization. Report outlines can be saved as templates and reused to ensure accuracy and visual consistency. Alternatively, a quick ad hoc query can be generated to produce 'just in time' information in response to a last minute request.
Turn data into information
Quality Workbench's ReportQuest module allows you to:
- Analyze data throughout the system
Generate and design reports using data stored anywhere in the Quality Workbench Professional database. You can filter on data fields or on specific words and phrase.
- Choose between summaries or detailed queries
Detailed queries produce one output record for each database record that matches
the filters. Summary queries produce one output record for a group of database records sharing a common value in a specific field.
- Customize output for the organization or individual departments
Import company logos, add images, shapes, lines, and custom colors. Specify typeface and formats for titles, headings, headers, and footers. Design report layouts to conform to company standards.
- Save time with report Wizards and reusable templates
You can use Wizard to define report filters and to select and order output tables. In addition, queries and report outlines may be used as templates.
