Monitor progess

You define who will take responsibility for the nonconformity at each stage of the process, and then monitor the progress through the system until its resolution. Quality Workbench allows you to set terminology, define types of nonconformities, corrective actions, and severity levels, and specify the source of the nonconformity.

Ensure timely communication

Timely communication is vital for actions to be implemented effectively. Quality Workbench ensures that only the relevant personnel are informed of each event. You specify who should be informed, the method of communication, and whether the event should be added to the users’ task list.
