| CHARTrunner displays time on charts based on the computer's regional settings, either as AM / PM or military (24-hour clock).
To change the time display:

Open the Windows Start Menu and select Settings. Select Control Panel.

Select Regional Settings

Click on the Time tab.

Select the display format from the Time style drop-down menu. The upper case HH indicate military time.
