This page is used to help when you need a unique report in GAGEpack. We hope that some of these reports will assist you or if you still do not see what you are looking for, feel free to contact us. If you have developed a report that you think others can benefit from, please let us know and we will include the report here. Simply e-mail the report that you have developed to support@pqsystems.com along with a short description of what the report does.
Below are the customized reports that have been developed. The reports list the file name, the report description, a more detailed description as well as a sample output. If you need any report, simply select it and save it to the same report folder where the GAGEpack is configured to pull from. (This is defined under Setup, Preferences.)

Std/Master identification and traceability information
This is to certify that the above instrument was inspected and calibrated by XYZ Company, Inc. using standards whose accuracy's are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), or have been derived from accepted values of natural physical constraints, or have been derived by the ratio type of transfer self calibrating techniques. Environmental controls are set using a reference temperature of 69ºF +/-2ºF and less than 60% relative humidity.
