Problem:
"Syntax error in query expression" appears when I try to Print Causes and Notes for a particular control chart.
Solution:
Download an updated version of SQCpack 3.0.6 or higher from the SQCpack 3.0 Maintenance Release page. Follow the directions on the maintenance release page. Or, for a temporary alternative to downloading: Choose a specific number of subgroups to chart instead of charting a custom range, 1. In the Variable Control Charts window, select Modify. 2. Select Subgroups to chart, then select The Last n subgroups. 3. A field will appear for this option. Type in a value that includes your previous custom ranges.
