Problem:
"No current record" appears when I try to Print Causes and Notes.
Solution:
| Download an updated version of SQCpack from the SQCpack Maintenance Release page. Follow the directions on the maintenance release page.
Or, for a temporary alternative to downloading:
Instead of charting a custom range of subgroups, chart all of the subgroups.
1. In the Variables Control Charts window, select Modify.
2. Select Subgroups to chart.
3. Select All subgroups. | |
