Problem:
"GPF in module PQSPC45.VBX" appears when I close the window by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of the screen after I have sent a chart to a printer.
Solution:
Download an updated version of SQCpack from the SQCpack Maintenance Release page. Follow the directions on the maintenance release page.
