Problem:
"Unexpected condition" appears when you are using the real-time charting option and select Enter Data.
Solution:
| Create a default chart for the group that you are working with.
1. Press Esc until the Groups form appears.
2. Select Switch to Charts.
3. Select Create.
4. Name the chart and choose your preferences in the Variable Control Chart screen.
Reason for problem:
Usually, a default chart is automatically created for each data group. If a default chart is not created, the real-time charting option can not be used. When you select Create, a default chart will be created and the "Unexpected condition" message will not occur. | |
