Revision Date: 2005-09-08

To create a blank control chart template:

1. From the Main Options window in SQCpack select Variables, Control Charts.

2. Next click on Create to make a new SQCpack chart.

3. Select the Type of chart you wish to create.

8. Select the X and Y-axis tabs and make your selections for which labels you would like on the x-axis and y-axis of your chart.

9. Select the Subgroups to chart box and then select the number of samples to place your chart. This option controls how many empty data or identifier grid boxes are placed on your.

10. Select OK to view your chart.

11. To print the final chart: Select File, Print and choose your printer set-up options.
