Problem:

When attempting to open a group with 12,000+ records, you get a message that reads: [SqcGroupDataSource.ValidateRecordset (31)] File sharing lock count exceeded. Increase MaxLocksPerFile registry."

Solution:

Upgrade to 4.5.64 or higher.
