Changing the width and height of an image does not affect its size when pasted into Excel or Word.

From the data entry screen select Charts/ Limits tab
Right-click on the chart that you want
Select "Generate Chart Image File" and this will be the size you want. i.e. for a 3' X 3' chart use 320 x 320

Additional Notes:

The largest the image can print in portrait is: 670 W x 900 H
The largest the image can print in landscape is: 900 W x 670 H
