Problem:
| When the user selects Setup, Data Device, then OK, the device settings are not getting saved. | |
Solution:
Select Setup, Preferences, Group Modify and ensure the path for the Data Device Folder is correct
(for example C:\Program Files\PQ Systems\SQCpack 2000\SysData).
Then look at the device.ini file to make sure it is correct. If this file is missing, download it at http://www.pqsystems.com/download/Devices.INI, and copy it into the SQCpack 2000\SysData directory.
Alternative solution:
1. Open the Setup Menu and select Preferences.
2. Change the default identifier type from text to numbers.
3. It up the device.
If desired you can change the default identifier back to text. | |
