Quality Workbench has an internal message box system that carries messages about activities being conducted within the quality system. Quality Workbench Professional also has the ability to integrate with many simple and fully-MAPI compliant, as well as VIM-based systems, commercial e-mail systems such as cc:Mail, MS Mail Systems, MS Exchange Server with Outlook, Groupwise and Lotus Notes. In this way, Quality Workbench messages appear in your normal e-mail box, and you can respond to these messages in the same way as any other message.
