PS: Miutoyo's DT-10 Digimatic Data Transmitter and DL-10 Data Logger

Revision Date: 2005-09-19

Baud rate = 1200 or 2400

Data bits = 8

Stop bits = 1

Parity = None

Control = None

RTS = Enable

Initialization String (IS)= S1A0100[13]

Request String (RS) = Blank

Note: The DT-10/DL-10 can only transmit one set of characteristic data at a time into PORTspy. Therefore, you will need to setup a separate configuration file (.psw) for each characteristic being sent from the DT-10/DL-10 as well as, a separate initialization string for each characteristic. This can be done by replacing the letter "A" in the initialization string with "B" for characteristic 2, "C" for characteristic 3, and so on until all characteristics have been represented that are being transmitted). The [13] is used as a CR or carriage return at the end of the string. The 0100 represents the maximum amount of data points being transmitted. You can increase or decrease this value based on the number of data points or sample observations being collected.
