Gagepack will not start

Problem:
When starting GAGEpack, it appears to freeze / hang / not start.
Solution:
Delete the GPwin50.ini file located in the same folder where the program is installed. Then GAGEpack will start with the default sample database.
or
Rename the .INI file to something like XGPwin50.INI and then GAGEpack will start with the default sample database.
or
Fixed in 5.0.36 and above so have customer upgrade
