Problem:
If you exit GAGEpack with one filter on your gage list and then you return to a new filter for the gage list, it is possible that someone has a startup filter in use. The startup filter will override the last filter in use when you exit GAGEpack.
Solution:
The advantage of this system is you can start GAGEpack with a filter to show only certain gages, such as those due (or overdue) for calibration. Once those gages are calibrated, the filter can be turned off until GAGEpack is restarted. This can be very useful. However, if you wish to turn off the startup filter:
- Select the Setup Menu and then select Preferences.
- Click on the Options tab and then change the startup filter field to none.
- Select OK.
The next time you open GAGEpack, no startup filter will be active on the gage list.
