Teens and family meals
A study by the Center for Alcohol and Substance Abuse (CASA) at Columbia University suggested that teens who have frequent family meals are less likely to abuse drugs and alcohol than those who don’t. This chart shows percentage of teens who have seven family dinners per week. (Source: CASA. 2006)
