New name: ASQ’s Annual Quality Conference (AQC) has been renamed as the ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement. The annual conference, with “Teaming with Energy, Leading with Purpose” as its theme, will take place May 16-18 in Seattle.

A new breakthrough initiative from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) will address patient wait times and by offering physicians the knowledge, tools, and support to give patients access to care at the time they choose.
