As indicated in CHARTrunner, the Cpk of –1 is indeed correct. Visually, one can see that 99.9% of the parts are out of spec, since they are almost all smaller than the lower spec limit. Thus, any Cpk with a negative sign indicates a high number of defects on the low side. |
