Finding signals in the haystack of data: Quality Analytics does the sifting
More data is flowing into databases each day. Business data, process data, and various quality related measures create ever larger data sets. Finding a quality improvement signal in this noise can be difficult and time consuming. Charting packages such as CHARTrunner have made it easy to chart hundreds or even thousands of measures, but finding the resources to review these charts and make good decisions about them can be challenging. To make it easier, see this article by software development manager Steve Daum. http://www.pqsystems.com/eline/2004/02/quality.htm
