The Federal Trade Commission says it plans to accelerate its investigations into online privacy complaints that are referred to it by organizations such as TRUSTe and BBBOnline. Complaints sent by organizations that dole out privacy seals would be sent immediately to investigators rather than going through the general complaint process.
